Simply browse by category or use the search bar to find products. Add items to your cart and complete checkout using our secure payment system.
Can I buy from international sellers?
Yes! HYGO is a global marketplace. Some sellers may also offer faster international delivery via our France shipping hub.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
First, contact the seller directly through your account dashboard. If the issue isn’t resolved, HYGO’s support team will assist you.

How much does it cost to sell on HYGO?
- £0.16 listing fee per product
- 5% transaction fee only when your item sells
How do I start selling?
Click “Start Selling,” register your seller account, and list your first product in minutes.
Do I have to ship through the France hub?
No — shipping through the France hub is optional. You can ship directly to buyers or choose to send to our France address for easier international forwarding.
How are payments handled?
Once your item sells, payment is securely processed and deposited into your Stripe or PayPal account after order completion.

Can sellers ship internationally?
Yes! Sellers can choose to ship worldwide. Buyers can view shipping options at checkout.
What are the benefits of using the France hub?
Shipping through France can:

Who is responsible for shipping costs?
Sellers set their own shipping rates unless using HYGO France forwarding, in which case forwarding costs are added at checkout.
